How to provide safe and convenient medical services to patients has been one of the major focus of hospital health care reform work. With the rapid development of information technology, self-service terminals and new payment methods appear in many other industrial fields and communities, meaning great opportunities to utilize the self-service technology and a variety of ways of payment to improve efficiency and convenience of hospital outpatient service.We have designed a self-service system that uses self-service integrated machine equipment and mobile terminal as a carrier based on unified payment platform. The system provides services such as reservations, registration, payment, query and other services to outpatient. It also provides services such as access to payment channels, reconciliation management to finance department of hospital. The system is able to shorten the time of non-diagnosis and non-treatment, provide convenient and efficient financial management services to the finance department. It can also reduce the service cost of hospitals, and improve the service quality and user experience.This system is based on the information communication and database operation, which requires high security and stability standard undoubtedly, and meanwhile, the system interacts with the Hospital Information System, the Healthcare System, Union Pay and Alipay etc. We thus choose C/S and B/S as the basic framework of the software platform, and use WCF architecture to achieve the message interaction. The system uses Oracle11 g as its database support. The System is developed by using C# language mainly, as an event driven, fully object-oriented programming language, the language has a security, stability, simple and elegant features, its application greatly shorten the system code realization cycle.
