Research And Development Of Tianjin Binhai New Area Land Reserve Project Management System

This paper analyzes the advanced experience of domestic and international land reserve work,combined with the actual situation in Tianjin Binhai New Area,project management thinking,the land reserve project planning,purchasing and storage,asset management,finishing development,traded five stages into the information management system,the use to manage information systems,geographic information systems,workflow and other technical means,the establishment of a oriented land reserve collaborative business process,process monitoring,macro integrated management and decision support graphics,text,table,tube integrated information platform,the land reserve management of the network,information technology,standardization and intelligent management.This paper reviews the land reserve work land reserve plan to apply the acquisition consolidation,asset management,land supply and other aspects of functional requirements;Secondly,conducted data designed to meet current needs,but also for long-term planning to lay a good foundation;again,the system detailed design,in-depth technical analysis from the system architecture,business process,three aspects of the engine system;and finally completed the system implementation.Through in-depth and comprehensive study on the mining of Tianjin Binhai New reserve land information,land departments to provide a comprehensive,in-depth,multi-angle graphics,tables and analytical reports effectively assist the macroeconomic policy-making land reserve work to improve the management and office efficiency land reserve work has positive significance of the Binhai New Area land reserve management.
