| The construction of Binhai new area of geographic information sharing service system is the main content of the 12 th five-year plan which to carry out the Binhai new area information –building a platform in Binhai new distract,is the important way to improve the level of information construction of Binhai new distract,therefore we propose constructing The geographic information system of public service of Binhai new area.It is mainly from the aim of public service system,construction layout,construction content,system analysis and design to introduce the thesis.First,this paper summarizes the thesis research goal,mainly include the construction of Binhai new distract fundamental geographic database framework,a geographic information sharing service system,a new geographic information services mode.Then,from two aspects which are the principle of system construction and the hardware and software environment construction to introducing the system,and the key technology of system design needs.Then,the construction of the system of public service content mainly from three aspects which are the geographic information database framework construction,the software platform construction and operational mechanism construction to explain,so we can create a system of data dynamic updating and perfecting mechanism and system of promotion mechanism,etc.Finally,displaying and evaluating the construction of the Binhai new distract geographic information system,and social benefits has received the good effect.The writing of the whole system is adopted on the platform of Arc GIS10.0 for JavaScript API and Silverlight API interface development of a set of programming of Web GIS application system.Implementing the data access and update which is based on Web Service.In the hardware and software environment,the Binhai new area of geographic information system of public service obtained the very good design and development,and in the Binhai new area within the scope is getting a good application. |
