Research On The Construction Of Land Resources Management System Of Binhai New Area

With the rapid development of computer science and information technology，China has widely used geography information system and database system in order toraise level of management.Although some problems still exist in these systems such as datamanagement,data organization and system extension, it reform the style of landmanagement already. Nowadays, the informatization and digitization of landresources management has been the direction and tendency. The work of LandDevelopment Center of Binhai New Area involves a large number of text reports andmultifarious kinds of graphical data. So, it needs to change the existing managementmethods and technical means as soon as possible. Establishing an efficientmanagement of land resources information systems is the best way.Combined demand of Land Development Center of Binhai New Area，the thesiselaborates how to build a compositive land resources information system at theviewpoint of the management application. This thesis briefly introduces thedevelopment methods of land resources management system such as spatial database,component GIS and ArcSDE technology. According to the basal land resources dataof Binhai New Aarea, using the tools of visual development, the system finally builtbasing on the GIS platform which provides the function of data displaying, processing,enquiring, outputting,and analyzing.The thesis gives a detailed instruction about the whole development process,including requirement analysis, system design and system implementation. Throughthe shakedown period at Land Development Center of Binhai New Area, the systemhas been proved to be reliable, easy accessibility and high-efficiency. The results ofthe thesis is helpful and of great significance for information system building aroundBinhai New Area land administration.
