The analysis design method to adopt soft project, encapsulate business logic, operate in intermediate layer server, make sure the data are deposited and withdrawn, logic operation, interface are totally independent, and according to analysis and result designed finally, have realized that plans every module function of the system in figure.This system is with the purpose of supporting the function of fulfilling, set tip one structure reasonable, multiple functional, resource abundant, high-efficient practical, networked, integrated business treatment and community service system, thus snake originally scattered business system combination, resource-sharing, procedure simplify, realize the online circulation of official document, context are transmitted, make sure the network, is interconnected, information is interflowed, so as to improve the speed of planning the administrative department.At present, after operation and application this system nearly meets the requirements.
