The Design And Implementation Of Training Management System

With the rapid development of high-tech information technology,each enterprise office system also gradually become the information.Traditional way of training management is no longer suitable for the development of the enterprise and needs.According to actual requirement,this paper aims to design and develop a set of easy to use,easy to manage the training management system,so that the training process routing management,in order to solve the previous training organization cycle is long,the human cost,the whole process is not controlled and training more difficult to trace the problem.Paper from the perspective of applied research,in the economic,operational and technical feasibility analysis,on the basis of using the object-oriented analysis and modeling method,according to the practical requirements of functional and non-functional analysis;Detailed design,system architecture,function module,database and application,etc;Finally adopts B/S structure,using a.ASP.NET languages of the.net Framework,combined with the SQL Server database to implement and test the system function.System to achieve the training application,training notification,and cultivating personnel registration,summarize the satisfaction investigation,training,and other functions.Through test and actual use,basically conform to the requirements of the original design,to achieve the purpose of the training management routing.
