The Design And Application Of The School-based Research And Training Platform On The Basis Of Workflow Management

The school-based research and training is an important part of developing the professionalization of the teachers. The improvement of the professionalization of the teachers plays an essential role to the development of the school. This article starts from the theories of the school-based research, and then analyzes the current situation and implementation of it. From analyzing these, the writer finds that the school-based researches and trainings have many common problems no matter through traditional ways or based on internet environmental platform. Through the analysis of these common problems and looking for the roots of these problems, the writer finds that the theoretical level of the implementers and management level during the implementation directly influence the effect of the school-based research and training. It is for sure that when looking up for the references and research materials, there is no lack of case which schools use some good ways and means to carry out school-based research which broaden the writer's research clues and raise the thinking at the meantime. Indeed, how to break through the "ostentatious projects" which is the current situation of school-based research and training, how to not give too many burdens to the teachers during the implementation, how to carry out school-based research and training and also generate actual effect are the main concerns at this moment. The writer did some deeper researches on the applications of workflow management during his many years of working and practice and also achieved in applying the workflow into daily school management. The writer thinks that it is surely feasible to introduce the concept of workflow management into the implementation of school-based research and training through carefully analyzing the theories of school management and also referencing the successful experience of third party school-based research and training. Using workflow to help managers, on one hand, can put into practice, on the other hand, can effectively manage the school-based research and training in order to bring it into a benignant moving orbit and as well help schools establish effective school-based research and training mechanism to strongly promote the development of professionalization of teachers so as to push also the development of schools.Workflow management is based on internet, modern information technology can only function as tools and can't be applied into all the process of the implementation of school-based research and training, therefore, users must selectively apply it. In order to let the school managers to effectively, scientifically, reasonably and conveniently use workflow management during the implementation of school-based training and research, the writer develops workflow platform and model-building tools for school-based training and research and explains how to carry out school-based research and training both theoretically and practically through some cases. In the end, the writer also provides some suggestions and considerations based on individual experiences.
