The Design And Implementation Of Teacher Training Management System Based On Workflow

With the rapid development of science and technology such as the computer,Internet and communication equipment,education informatization has fully seeped into people's work and life.There has been increasing demand for the computer and network technology to handle various tasks,obtain information,share resources and coordinate tasks.Due to the expansion of vocational colleges,there has been a sharp rise in the number of teachers and hence a large amount of training to be implemented.This increases the management work on teacher training and calls for the design and implementation of an automated teacher training management system.The system is expected to achieve multi functions,such as management of basic information of training classes,trainees' information management,management of teachers,curriculum management,teaching material management,financial income and expenditure management,trainees' attendance management,management of trainees'performance assessment,trainees' assignment submission management,trainees'accommodation management,management of training'-related schedules,statistical management of training,etc.We use the Visual Studio2010 as the development environment,and design a three-tier architecture C/S structure model based on the workflow technology,conduct modeling using technology like C#development Language,ADO.NET,UML(Unified Modeling Language),and SQL Server2008 for the database system,aiming to realize the function of managing the training system.With the design and implementation of the teacher training management system as the main line,we firstly introduce the research background and significance and the relevant development technology of system design;then describe the specific process of requirement analysis on the system and system design,and illustrates the design method of main functional modules;finally the realization of the system is introduced.After have carefully tested the teacher training management system,the neat interface style and operation mode are welcomed and praised by the testers,especially the statistics management function of the system which enables system managers to export statistical data of different training programs,different regions and different trainees from the system at any time,which has helped solve the long-standing difficult statistical problem for the management personnel in the teacher training center.The development and design of this system has met the basic requirements in the daily management of teacher training,achieved the informationization of training data management,and improved the working efficiency of the management personnel.Therefore,it is a considerable practical system.
