| In accordance with the document of Ministry of Education "On improving highervocational education quality of teaching in an all-round way", the vocational collegesdoubled their efforts to establish and reform their courses,with the great development oftraining centers in terms of their quantity and quality. However, the facilities and teachertraining still lag behind the teaching practice. Therefore, the rational scheduling ofteaching resources as well as increasing utilization rate of teaching facilities is a mustfor improvement of teaching quality. The reform of the old-fashioned resourcescheduling system for vocational training and the employment of the intelligent arrangeand management system is of significance, promising the considerable potential. Thispaper focuses on the design and implementation of resource scheduling system for HVEtraining, including:①The analysis concerning features and development tendency for the presentresource scheduling system. The focus is on the performance requirements for theintelligent scheduling system, including flexible customization of business processmodel and the distinctive quality of the support platform, the technology and ideaadopting software reuse and dynamic mode workflow (DMW). With this system, peoplecan define different business processes and functional modules quickly and visuallywithout programming. It also meets changeable needs swiftly.②In line with the latest development of the intelligent scheduling system, thispaper analyzes the general functional requirements for the system, dividing its functionsinto several modules including management of the training room, management of theteachers’ application, and training program management. This paper also formulates thefunctions of each module respectively, drawing the conclusion that the functional focusof the system is the optimization of the teaching resources by the means ofcomprehensive arrangements of teaching tasks and teachers’ applications.③This paper studies the overall design for the scheduling system, put forward thegeneral pattern including design platform and application system, and completes theselection for the business-oriented software platform. The general structure for thefunction modules of system is designed on the basis of the requirement analysis.Database design, business tier design and presentation layer are also presented in thepaper.④Analyzing the peculiar problems encountered during the establishment of the scheduling system. This paper also puts forward the solution to these problems, namely,skill of partially traditional development with business software platform. The normaluser/password mechanism, digital certificate authentication and SSL TransferEncryption are jointly employed to guarantee the system security.⑤The results: Automation of the university workflow and the informationmanagement is to be accomplished by the means of the scheduling system, which meetsthe demands of the intelligent scheduling for the HVE vocational training resources.The system boasts the strong qualities of a flexible platform and a desirable life cyclefor being responsive to the actual demands. |
