A Research On Schedule Management Of Project Of Community Video Surveillance System In Pingyin County

The twenty-first Century is the digital era,and the utilization of digitization has become the trend of world's economic and social development nowadays.Promoting social digitization and national economy has become one of the most important national development strategic goals,and the digitization technology has been commonly used in various fields of social life,including the field of safety protection.Digital security system has become the indispensable means of protecting the modernization construction and development of the urban cities.Digital surveillance systems is the essential of the security systems,on the path of secured city development,video surveillance system has made significant contributions to the urban integration management,emergency incidents,emergency commanding,safety and security,etc.This Thesis summarized the theory of project scheduling management,using the method of combining theory and practice to build the video surveillance system in Pingyin County.On utilizing the knowledge of project schedule management,we first use WBS tools on the work breakdown structure of project implementation and define the activities.Second,we use the network planning technology and CPM to draw the network plan,and setup the critical path and key process,delivered the social video surveillance system project construction schedule of Pingyin County.In this thesis,according to the total project timing,we carried out the baseline of schedule and performed dynamic control,tracking and adjustment to the project process.During the project implementation process,in order to meet the requirements of the total project schedule,continuous analysis,and reasonable optimization were performed to the project schedule,adjustments were made to the partial work,so that the project is able to be transferred and accepted smoothly.
