Design And Implementation Of Communication Company Fixed Assets Management System

With the rapid development of the social computer technology,network technology and database technology has in various fields has been widely popularization and application,especially in the communication business office management process,develop and implement the many office automation management system,improve office efficiency and level of information.The office conditions of the four party communications enterprises are improving,the fixed assets are increasing,and the total assets of the assets are 10 million yuan.However,the management of the fixed assets of the four party communication enterprises has many non-standard and weak management phenomena,which seriously obstruct and inhibit the development of the communication enterprises.In order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward a set of perfect fixed assets management system for the development and design of the four communication enterprises.Firstly,this thesis detailed analysis the research background of fixed assets management system,expounds the purpose and significance of the research of system,and summed up the system of domestic and foreign research situation,and summarizes the main content of the system,including the main work and innovation.Secondly,this paper detailed introduced related technology used in the process of system research,including C / S architecture,B / S architecture,ASP.Net technology,ADO.Net technology,database technology and web service technology,ensure the system design and the realization of advanced and forward-looking,to ensure that the system is able to run properly and accurately.Then,this paper on the system were feasibility analysis,to analyze the functional requirements and non functional requirement analysis,using UML use case is derived the functional diagram of the system,to ensure accurate system business logic,to meet the user's business logic function demand,and in technology,the economy and management is feasible,guarantee system has good performance,high safety and reliability of foot.Then,this paper for system architecture design,the three layer B / S architecture has good module independence,can be easy to expand the system;while the use of structured flowchart of system business logic function design,system business process modeling,followed by the use of E-R diagram,relation table,etc.the system database design,guarantee the system has a powerful database support system.Finally,this paper describes the system implementation environment and key code for content,emphasizes the system has the business logic function module realization,gives the system running screenshot shows the system has good usability,from the two aspects of system function and performance of the system was tested.The test results show that the system is convenient and practical.
