In the industrial field, the assembly workers need a particular combination of a number of parts in a task assembly. Traditionarily,the way of assembly is to find these parts by themselves befor assembly.Each time worker need to spend time in search process, which affects the working efficiency. The smart type parts assembly equipment, in this research,assembly the parts according to the information from Ethernet network end. in this way, can save the assembling time,and convenient unified management.Firstly, the paper introduces the current development situation of industrial control, and explained the background and characteristics of several kinds ofautomation control system.Then, demonstrating the whole package of equipment, and the control system is given using the equipment development scheme. The proposed scheme is: use of the micro controller as control core and use CAN communication transfer of information, use the industrial touch screen for display and operation interface, with the mechanical structure design. Equipment has providing Ethernet interface as external LAN communication in the last.Secondly, according to the devices of field control, to do an explanation for each control unit and communication network, and describes the logic of devices. In the logic, paper has introduced the software process and working principle of each unit in detail.Finally, the performance of the devce is analyzed in the paper by using some number of test.Up to now, the equipment has been able to complete the basic functions.But the user may also put forward new requirements to the existing scheme in the use process, this requise to do slightly add in original platform. At the same time, the improvement of the equipment did not stop, this paper describes in detail the development of the existing results, and the improved later still need to do.
