Design Of Control System For Automatic Assembly Line For The Security Caps

As the development of the standard of life, people pay more and more attention to the quality of product, especially to the wine.At present,in order to prevent the criminals from recycling bottles, filling of inferior liquor after as qualified product to sell,damaging the interests of manufacturers, jeopardizing public security,the anti-counterfeit bottle cap is applied more and more widely.. The anti-counterfeit bottle cap is very patrticular.As the manual assembly has low productivity and high cost,is easy to produce much sources of plooution and is difficult to connecte,automatic assembly will replace the manual assembly is inebitable.In this paper,according to an enterprise needs to design a system of cap automation assembly,it consist of automatic assembly,automatic quality inspection and automatic removing the waste system.First of all,the article introduce the bottle cap automatic assembly production line simplly,including the structure and action process ofevery operation.The system is mainly consist of the automatic feeding and automatic assembly two parts,the two part work coordinately. Secondly,designed the control system of the automation assembly line,given the whole structure of the control system framework and software design.Finally, respectively designed eache subsystem,containing hardware and software design.Control system hardware is composed of PLC,stepping motor,stepping motor driver and various sensors. Control system software is composed of PLC programming and touch screen programming.After the testing,the system is stable,safe,reliable,efficient,basically achieve the purpose of the design.
