Due to the rapid growth of the world's population and the rapid development of economic technology,the non-renewable nature of fossil fuels and the environmental pollution caused by the combustion process,people began to urgently find renewable energy that could replace fossil fuels.The emergence of biomass pyrolysis technology can solve this problem.Biomass in the process of growth Biomass can fix carbon and energy,is a new type of renewable energy,and is considered the world's major resources to supplement fossil fuels.Because of the fact that only photosynthesis can be used to survive biomass,so the resources are quite rich,the world every year to produce 173 million tons of material,these substances stored in the energy of about 10 or 20 times the global energy consumption,but these energy The utilization rate is not high,less than 3%.So we face so much resources can be used,it should increase the intensity of the biomass pyrolysis technology to study.In this paper,the background and significance of the carbonization pyrolysis technology of biomass are analyzed.Based on this,the carbonization process and carbonization process and the carbonization process are studied to understand the factors influencing the carbonization mechanism and the pyrolysis carbonization reactor.The most important thing is to sum up the relationship between bio-carbon and modern agriculture,China is a big agricultural country,so this study is of great significance.On the basis of the study and analysis of these,it is found that the biomass carbonization together is not easy to monitor,although the intelligent,but also some of the carbonization technology to understand the basis of the design of two different pyrolysis carbonization temperature monitoring system,One is based on data logger monitoring technology,the other is based on MCGS monitoring technology.Through the understanding of the data logger,and independently designed a monitoring system,including the main circuit,monitoring circuit-temperature control and AC contactor and other components in the monitoring of gas at the same time joined the sensor selection,and finally the system with agriculture Straw as a raw material for the experiment,the results found that the design and the actual trend of the same gaseous yield.Although the data logger is easy to use,but the price is more expensive,so the design of another monitoring system,based on MCGS monitoring.The hardware includes ADAM series module selection,AC contactor,temperature sensor,gas sensor,etc.,also with the same straw for experimental carbonization monitoring experiment.At last,the paper summarizes this paper and prospects the large-scale and carbonized raw materials and some technical problems of carbonization equipment.
