The reuse of biomass, which mainly refers to some agricultural and forestry waste and municipal waste, can solve the environmental problems to a certain extent.The recovering and reusing of these biomass not only solve the problem that it polluted environment twice,but also can obtain the required life necessities and biofuels.In this paper, the main contents of the control system of biomass pyrolysis technology includes system identification, system algorithm simulation and system verification.System identification is the base of the whole control system, and it can help us identify the mathematical model of whole control system. System simulation mainly analysis the algorithm of controller and system. The algorithm of controller is key of whole control system, which determines the quality of the whole control system. System validation can compare the actual control process with the simulation process. The control algorithm in prolysis device control system, is the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm, which combines fuzzy algorithm and PID algorithm and avoid their shortcomings in this paper.Mathematical model is established by system identification toolbox in MATLAB,which is used to system simulation of traditional PID algorithm, the adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm, based on genetic algorithm PID control algorithm and the sliding mode variable structure algorithm by SIMULINK toolbox in MATLAB. The advantages and disadvantages of those algorithms are also analyzed. In addition, it completed the hardware design and software design of the whole system.The hardware of system mainly includes: touch tablet computer, PLC programmable logic controller, analog input module, vacuum suction weighing machine, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, high temperature heating furnace, cyclone separator and so on.The software system mainly completes the temperature acquisition and control, reads state of the I/O variable in the system, and make whole device work according to the set logic flow.The monitoring system has the functions of parameter setting, temperature and pressure monitoring, drawing the temperature real-time curve, inquiring the history curve, alarming and so on. Finally, the whole system is verified by experiments. The experiment results show that the adaptive fuzzy control algorithm achieves good temperature control.
