The soda is the important industrial chemicals, and is widely used contemporary commodity production, and is living in the entire national economy development to passes the significant position. The technology process rule that main process and the ammonia brine carbon acidization of sodium carbonate was give birth to in the ammonia soda process was elaborated by the original , and on the basis of industrial equipment what adopts anthology distributed control system distinguishing feature , and analyses to architecture and the system control variable , and the hardware to require to make the system reaching the hardware mould choosing on the basis of the system is make up, and designs out superordinate engine supervision software to control the process in computer again.First of all, I sum up ammonia seal law produce main course of soda ash , explain ammonia salted craft course principle of carbonic acid. And stamp out the main influence factor of the salted carbonic acid of ammonia , design the scheme of controlling.Secondly, I will explain the selecting type of the hardware equipment that this system will be adopted in detail and introduce the characteristic of ADAM5510 and basic situation .Then, I will narrate the main program flow chart of this system briefly , the design and programming of A/D converter Design that is controlled with the increment PID increment algorithm.Finally, comes out superordinate engine supervision software , and separate into entire supervision software in the interest of dynamic graphic display module , real time curve display module , database administration module, real time warning module along with communication module five main modules, and detailed introduced the concrete realization means separately in the way of the MCGS's configuration software design.
