With the rapid development of intelligent lighting systems,the producters change the communication mode of intelligent lighting system by introducing wireless communication technology to improve the performance of intelligent lighting system.Although these methods improve the performance of the system,there is no doubt that it increases the cost of the whole system and saves energy which can only be used for the specific scene or the traditional lighting system.The necessary precondition of lighting system energy-saving is to realize the reliable measurement of energy-saving object consumption.At present,the direct measurement method is adopt which has high cost and the control strategy of the intelligent lighting system is based on experience rather than actual power consumption of the lamp.This paper presents a simulation calculation of such object consumption method to makes the improvement on the existing intelligent lighting-system.Through the monitoring forecasting of lighting energy consumption provides reliable energy consumption for energy saving-control strategy.At the same time,this paper puts forward a kind of hierarchical energy saving control strategy which is based on the actual lighting circuit to improve the energy-saving effect.First of all,according to the national tariff policy proposed the idea of lighting plan on electricity.Planned electricity consumption based on actual power consumption gradually reduces.According to the schedule of work plans the daily energy consumption of the day as the planned value of lighting energy consumption for the day.Secondly,according to the problem that the traditional lighting energy consumption is not accurate and the direct measurement cost is too high,a method of lighting energy consumption simulation is proposed and realized by remote controller.Remote monitoring collects the lighting circuit information and the total energy consumption of the system by the RS485 communication mode.Monitoring PC gets connect with remote monitoring host through B/S mode and views the lighting system in real time.Finally,aiming at the control strategy of the intelligent lighting control system which mainly depends on human experience designs a hierarchical energy saving control strategy.According to the actual power consumption and the greedy genetic algorithm proposed strategy is based on the energy saving control strategy of lighting energy consumption,and finally achieves the purpose of energy saving.The control strategy which depends on the actual electricity consumption and the greedy genetic algorithm designs graded energy-saving control strategy to save the conservation.Through building the software and hardware test environment the intelligent lighting system makes integration test.Tested and analyzed the functions of the data acquisition,energy consumption simulation module,user interface and embedded Web server and verified the feasibility and reliability of the system.This dissertation designed a intelligent lighting control system based on RS485 which has the characteristics of wide application,low cost and high accuracy.The system has been tested and shows that the system has good stability,energy saving effect is obvious and has certain practical value.
