Research On Citect System Application Of Large Area Heating

With the computer technology and automatic control technology development,the centralized monitoring system has been widely used in various fields.In the heating system,we can observe the overall operation and find the hidden problems immediately with the centralized control which provide an important guarantee for the system stable operation.Therefore using the centralized control for heating system has became an inevitable trend.In a large indutrial company(its buildings are relatively dispersed),the boiler house and the ancillary heat transfer station povide production and life heating to all the plant.This heating monitoring system function is missing so that can't meet the application requirements.Vijeo Citect is Schneider Electric's monitoring software.It can provide high reliablity and scalability monitoring system for all kinds of users.After refering the domestic and foreign success exmaple and analyzing project status,the company intended to establish a large area heating monitoring system with Citect.It would and put all the equipment and pipe operating parameters and signals into the central control room by the dedicated network,that means we can contral all the devices in this monitoring system.This system establishment brought convenience to the heating operation and improved the system reliability.It has achieved the expected design goals and has great significance to the energy saving and emission reduction.According to the actual project situation,I studied the process of establishing the large area heating control system.In the paper I analysis the problems of project design and implementation,focusing on the instructions and functions of Citect.It also demonstrates the results and prospects Citect's application in similar projects.
