Abstract:Because of the large number of buildings and the large number of teachers and students living in school, the volumn of water, electricity and other energy consumption is huge in collegiate campus. According to statistics, the energy consumption accounts for nearly a quarter of university expenditure. Domestic and foreign organizations are paying high attention to building a conservation-oriented campus. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and the Ministry of Education jointly issued administrative and technical guidelines on building conservation-oriented campus. The western countries put forward a green school program and formed corresponding organization in order to apply energy-conservation technologies and build energy-efficient school.This thesis designs and implements an energy consumption supervision system for conservation-oriented collegiate campus. The back-end data storage is based on SQL Server, the developing language is C#, and the programming environment is Visual Studio. Firstly, this thesis analyzes both functional and non-functional requirements of the system based on macro objectives of conservation-oriented campus, and constructs use-case model, static model and dynamic model by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This thesis then designs the system in detail, including the selection of software architecture, the decomposition of function modules, and the design of user interface. Some key technologies used in the system are explained, and the database is designed as well. Based on analysis and design, this thesis implements each module of the system. Finally, this thesis comprehensively tests functions, performance and security of the system. The system can view the power consumption of different buildings on campus based on GIS map, and can support functions of energy supervision, energy-conservation control, street lamp management, water management, and solar energy management.The promotion and application of the system can not only conserve a lot of water, electricity, and heat so as to achieve an obvious economic benefits, but also strengthen the concept of energy conservation among teachers and students, which will lead to create energy-efficient environment and result in huge social benefits. In addition, this system can play a positive role in constructing digital campus.
