In recent years, China’s rapid economic development, increasing energy consumption, resulting in environmental pollution problems become more prominent on the health of the people living pose a serious threat. Although domestic energy structure is constantly adjusting and optimizing, but as one of nationals the most serious waste of natural resources, scientific and effective energy conservation and management of energy is imperative to achieve immediate results.Based on the above background, I developed a networking system based on wireless sensor networks, mainly for energy monitoring public institutions. This paper studied the energy conservation monitoring and management system is a general-purpose PC control software of the system and for development. Designers of networking equipment from the host computer management, it is through a detailed analysis of wireless devices and sensors sample data, the use of hard and soft joint commissioning approach, summed up the establishment of a set of public institutions for monitoring and control of electrical equipment details processes and implementation; and related projects bidding demonstration project deployment and project actual operation, constantly communicating with users, listen to the views of users, from the user point of view, have developed a range of supporting software. So in the project development process, according to the data flow control equipment and energy-related needs, consider a combination of hardware and software as well as real-time aspects of the relevant factors, and choose the Client/Server architecture, on the basis of the analysis and comparison of related development platform, the final choice. NET Framework architecture windows application design framework for system development, and gives the software architecture, functional modules and system implementation. Project uses object-oriented programming ideas, combined with analysis and design methods of software engineering, data acquisition, data persistence, business logic, and control interface are modular processing, interaction between modules via memory or communication, and ultimately the overall realization of the function.Currently, the system and its supporting software applications have been deployed to achieve multi-installation in Beijing, Dalian, Shijiazhuang and Taiyuan, praised by users in terms of user experience and energy efficiency. The system uses an integrated hardware and software development methods fit, wireless sensor networks with lower power consumption in public places for surveillance, to achieve the desired purpose, for the construction of future-related energy management platform provides a practical basis.
