Based On The Concept Of Time Line Design And Implementation Of Student Growth Management System

With the continuous improvements of digital campus development of colleges and universities,information management means have spread to every corner of school management.The information process of domestic education system changes rapidly.Nevertheless,the existing education record,evaluation and management system are utilized to facilitate teachers' teaching management.As a result,students are severely marginalized,which deviates from the student-oriented education theory.Also,quite a few negative effects arise from the marginalization of students.The paper introduces the concept of "Timeline" to student development management system.It explains the differences with traditional teaching system,expounds the significance of establishing student development documents and analyzes existing problems of students' learning and cognition.On this basis,it designs student development management system.The system solves the problem that students have no theoretical principles for their past learning experiences,current self positioning and future personal planning by taking advantages of memory management and change tendency management of "Timeline".The design observes system design ideas in the realization process.Thereby,the research completes the system's demand analysis,system design and system realization.Finally,the student development management system based on the "Timeline"concept is achieved.Management system takes Eclipse as development environment,with Mysql as data support,Java as planning language,and Spring MVC and MyBatis as framework development.The research achieves the functions of the establishment of student personal development document(including student's awards and punishments,social practices and test result records),submitting and mutual evaluation of student homework,recording and exhibition of student's professional course completion,etc.The establishment of student development management system changes the student's passive status in the university's information management process and highlights their dominant position of students in educational activities.
