For Employment Of College Student Information System Design And Implementation

As the situation of undergraduate employment becomes more and more severe, employment instruction is an important part of students'management. Now , almost all colleges use digital student's management software, which can record completely students'basic information and performances in order to evaluate students. However, there wasn't any college students'management software includes employment. This paper plans to construct a employment-oriented college students'information database system which add two functions of employment direction instruction and target employee search based the traditional functions of college management.This system use the development mode of ASP , ACCESS and VBScript which has the advantages of efficient performance and easy management, especially the safe of system. The function of"employment direction instruction"can appraise the proper job direction based digital student documents; the function of"target employee search"is to search target employees with some keywords and give matching degree used by employers.This system refers many colleges information system and has user management, student basic information management, performance record, score record, comprehensive search and so on which are easy. The employment-oriented college students'information database system is worth mentioning. I use the ID3 algorithm to complete the function of"employment direction instruction". First , selecting and digital processing some fields from student basic information; second, using ID3 algorithm to calculating every field's degree; third, multiplying the field's degree and the corresponding digital value of student informant, the result is personal advantage value in a field ; then, gather all personal advantage value and sort three most suitable industries associate with this field; finally, design a webpage to search student personal advantage and three most suitable industries. Of course , the development mode of"target employee search"is similar to"employment direction instruction". All functions we refer to form the complete EODCS. At chapter 5, we test this system.This system is adopted by Henan Business Vocational College, in the future will be popularizing by more and more colleges.
