Design And Implementation Of College Student Growth Record System Based On Digital Campus

With the development of information technology and popularization, the student information management also gradually toward becoming an information based society development. With the higher education transform to popularization, the students in colleges and universities increase rapidly and the request of integrity education and quality education, need the comprehensive information of students. These make the artificial management work of student information entered the Big Data Time. Due to the heavy intensity and error-prone of primary artificial management work, we press for an information system to meet the demand of college students’management service. Based on the above requirements, in the overall frame of the information system of Shandong University (Weihai), we cooperated with the student affairs office designed and developed a simple student information management system, and put into use.In this system, in addition to observe the requirement that quality check of college students and guarantee the life of college student of student affairs office business, we creatively increase a subsystem to record the students’growing performance roundly, objective and accurately. These performance become the gist of student management. College students’growth record management system (growth record system in short). The system accurately recorded big data views, based on a shared data center of school and education administration as the main line, record the performance of student’s administration comprehensive and objective. Authorized departments and personnel can record in their real name and search the information by net. In this way, the system make things convenient for parents to participate in student management and make enterprise convenient to college students. Above all, it can play a powerful psychological constraints to student slacked in discipline and good for students to develop good morality and behavior habits. It also can filing the holes of student management due to the information asymmetry. The system can make it objective and fair to calculate the scores of student’s quality. Instructor and student office also can make the analysis of student behavior and pretreatment. For college students build a harmonious and better management learning and living environment.Many colleges and universities have begun to adopt the student information management system of information, the parents of the students can query through the network information.
