With the rapid popularization of smartphones in recent years,e-government gains new developing, and the mobile terminal also becomes an important office transaction processing tool.As the mobile operating system of the largest market share at present, the universality and the open source nature of Android give us more space to develop new and unique software. In the meanwhile, matured desktop software plays an important role in e-government all the way.Land management information is an important advancement in the construction of land and resources e-government,and letting the mobile client join the supervision system, making a combination of computer software, also increased the management of the convenience and immediacy, and the illegal acts of land can be "early detection, early reporting, early to stop" to achieve"strict investigation and rectification from the strict" goal. This management system is a regulatory platform, which combined mobile terminal and desktop client, and it has six modules, inspection and reporting module,to-do task management module, parcel analysis and query module, record approval module, task release module and statistical analysis module. The main part of the project which I completed during the internship period is as follows:(1)Feasibility study.According to current developing situation of the industry and characteristics of like product,we together with our project leader analyzed the feasibility of the project from technical and economic perspective.(2)Demand analysis.Attending requirements discussion with product manager, analyzing the requirement of this project, and improving the requirement specification.(3)outline design.Based on the demand analysis, this project was split up into modules and the function points of all modules were also determined. The results of the stage were directly used for guiding the coding, which was important guarantee for the success of the system.(4)Detailed design and implementation. On the basis of the results obtained in the previous phase,we designed the data structure of each function module, wrote high-quality code and performed unit testing.(5)System testing and verification. We performed functional test and nonfunctional test for this system, then contrasted with expected results of the requirements analysis phase. This supervisory platform adopted standard, open and SOA-oriented multi-layer system architecture design, combined B/S and C/S architecture and employed object-oriented technology. The development mode was based on workflow technology. Both Android mobile terminal and desktop client are used for daily supervision. The mobile terminal uses the WebService for data transmission and reception, and Web-based management platform uses the popular Spring framework. We integrated GIS into workflow application, and used GIS technology as the main technical support of the system graphics processing and spatial data analysis, which achieved seamless integration between GIS and MIS.At present, the first edition of this system has been developed, which was delivered to user to test run together with user's manual.follow-up will be based on user feedback to continue to improve and adjust. In the future,we will continue to improve and adjust the system according to user feedback.
