The Karst areas is an the earth's surface that possessing unique biologic earthly chemic character, eco-entironment is very frangible and land use/cover changes very tempestuous,so the Karst areas become one of pop area about LUCC. Case compare study about land use change is a significant approaches of LUCC study,through compare and analysis,we can acquaint the key factor which affect land use and change,then to conceive land use regional model .It is propitious to open out land use of reasons, inside mechanism,basic process,to forecase orientation and result and to constitute corresponding policy. At the same time there is very important significance for country entironment building and economy development.With the development of RS and GIS, especially of the advance of decision support system, and then Spatial Decision Support System (SDSS) come into sight. SDSS is a new kind of spatial information system developing based on GIS and DSS. SDSS can resolve the problems about half structure as well as none structure, simultaneous it is quite capable of spatial analysis as GIS. Ttherefore SDSS is applied to analysis, simulation, forecast and optimal regulation for the changes of land use, which help to improve the exactness of information, the science of decision-making and the capability of land manager.RLUCOR.DSS is a integrated system which is composed of obtain data tool based on RS and GIS, viewplatform based on GIS, decision support system,the evaluation and decision-making hard core based on model base and knowledge base, a whole system of data-import and data-outport. RLUCOR.DSS chooses AreGIS Server of ESRI as development platform, Microsoft VisualStudio.NET 2005 as development tool, the C Sharp language as development language, steady and dependable Microsoft SQL Server2005 as basic database which can assure storage capacity of system and data protection, and then use ArcSDE to afford a open systematic configuration to take spatial data into RDS, have resolved the problem of data storage,data manage and spatial data query.
