Research On Spatial Data Fusion In Land Consolidation Design

As a significant strategic task of building the new socialist countryside, Land consolidation has conspicuous influnces in increasing effective arable land, improving land quality and elogical environment. Land consolidation design is a comprehensive systematic project, amounts of special datas are needed in constuction and management, along with the existing differences in data acquisition of different departments,which produced abundant multi-sources datas. This gives rise to many repeated collection of spatial datas, causing a huge waste of manpowers and material resources.Therefore, how to fuse these spatial datas efficiently is a technical issue to be solved.The paper made research from the current situation of spatial data fusion, combines with the existing problem about multi-sources spatial data fusion in land consolidation designs, this article tried to apply data fusion technology to work out different data structures and formats in land consolidation projects. Main contents of this thesis are as follow:(1) This paper introduced the concept of spatial data fusion and research scope, made an analysis of the overseas and domestic research actuality in data fusion, and summarizes the main existing problems.(2) The paper summmarized sources of spatial data, and deeply analyzed the fountain of multi-sources spatial data.Combined with relevant knowledges of structures and models of spatial data, expounded the principles and methods of data fusion, constructed the technical framework to implement multi-sources spatial data fusion through data integration, data matching, and data fusing.(3)The paper overviewed multi-sources spatial data integration from three aspects, including data format conversion, semantic transformation and spatial datums or mathematic basics transformation. particularly elaborated the technology of data format conversion.(4)The paper took land consolidation projects in Jingxian Jiangxi Province as an example, fusing kinds of datas in CAD, Map GIS and Arc GIS software platform,established a Geodatabase by Arc Catalog, ultimately achieved the goal of spatial data fusion.
