Design And Realization Of Online Psychological Counseling Platform In Colleges And Universities

Social progress has brought us a lot of stress and challenges.University campus is equivalent to half of society,here,learning,interpersonal relationships,employment and other issues make the psychological pressure of college students increased,leading to its psychological problems become increasingly serious.However,due to the shortage of professional counseling tutor and the misunderstanding of psychological counseling,it is very difficult to realize the comprehensive psychological counseling of students.Therefore,this thesis designed and developed to achieve a secondary diagnostic system with online psychological counseling platform.In order to solve the psychological problems of students,this thesis analyzes the psychological characteristics and common psychological problems of college students,draws lessons from the related research on psychological counseling theory and expert system at home and abroad,and constructs the online psychological counseling platform by using artificial intelligence technology.First of all,according to the demand analysis to put forward the overall design goal principle,put forward the overall technical route of the online psychological counseling platform,designed the overall structure of the platform and the main functional modules;Secondly,according to the psychological characteristics of college students psychological treatment in college students psychological problems And then apply the reasoning mechanism.Through the improvement of the classical CF model and the application of the weighted fuzzy inaccurate reasoning model,we can realize the two reasoning of the inference engine.In this paper,we introduce the knowledge structure of the knowledge base,Way;Finally,the application of artificial intelligence technology to achieve the development of consulting platform,and the platform for testing,the application of the results of the analysis.Use the earlier research of this thesis,I have developed a relatively perfect platform for the application of psychological counseling expert system to meet the psychological needs of college students.This thesis analyzes the feasibility of the development of online psychological counseling platform through the demonstration,which can solve the existing problems of college students' psychological aspects,which is of great significance to promote mental health.
