This paper is based on the Jiangxi Province female prison inmates psychological treatment as the background, and the establishment of psychological correction of management information system, to the inmates mental treatment as the goal, for the inmates mental correction provides strong technical support. This system is mainly designed for the related personnel, and for their psychological correction provides a supporting role.In this paper, analysis and design the psychological correction management information system by using the method of object oriented, through the use case diagram to describe the system of psychological archives management, psychological analysis of dynamic management, psychological counseling management, psychological treatment management, insensate danger crime management, coercivity psychological test management and system management functions, and by activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, the system carried out a detailed design. The system is based on B/S architecture, in the realization of the system by using J2EE system, with SQL Server as background database. For the system in some important data encryption technology for privacy protection, so as to realize the psychological correction process scientific, standardization, informatization.System total clerk、section chief、prison operator、in charge of the leadership、the system administrator in five types of user role.Clerk is mainly to add and maintain the prison staff basic information、help prisoners are various psychological treatment and psychological treatment for query results; section chief is mainly responsible for the prison staff basic information maintenance, a variety of psychological treatment for approval and query prisoners related psychological correction; prison operator is mainly responsible for the inmates Mental Correction problem. In charge of the leadership is to understand all the inmates Mental Correction and part psychological correction of approval; the system administrator is responsible for the system of some basic data maintenance work, not related to the specific business.
