Design And Implementation Of Psychological Counseling Platform In Zhuhai College Of Jilin University

Entering in 21 st Century, it’s a high-tech information age, but also a knowledge economy era. With the environment continuously changing, the life pace accelerating, the competition has intensified in the meantime. The development of individual in society is also facing many challenges and competition, thus, an increasing number of physical and mental health problems arise, caused by all kinds of pressure. As college students in the new era, we are facing multiple pressures and challenges. College student, as a member of society, has its own unique characteristics, such as active thinking; the way they deal with problems could be extreme and one-sided, and eager to success. However, there is a certain gap between ideal and reality. It tends to exhibit a variety of complex mentality and even emerges contradictions and conflicts not only in front of subjective and objective, also in the course of study and practice. Moreover, according to the data of domestic professional psychological consultation, college students’ psychological problems show a rising trend. Therefore, it is vital to strengthen psychological education and mental health by fully grasping and understanding the psychological problems among students, providing effective solutions to specific psychological problems, professional psychological guidance services and overcome students’ psychological barriers. According to the psychological consultation in Zhuhai College of Jilin University, this paper is combined with the software engineering technology, Web platform, ASP technology and Server2005 SQL to achieve the psychological counseling platform, which can not only solve the College Students’ psychological problems, but also ensure protection of their privacy and self-esteem. Meanwhile, the psychological counseling platform can mobilize the initiative of students in the psychological counseling and psychological counseling courses, in accordance with the actual needs of the college psychological counseling.In the process of system study, we firstly those problems existing in the traditional psychological counseling methods, then carry on feasibility analysis in the value of system development, economic efficiency, operability, and technique, so as to lay foundation for the system. For instance, we are supposed to analyze the system of students, teachers, administrator user role and function. The module mainly includes: system management, classification information management, training course management, psychological teacher management, online booking, online counseling, and so on. The traditional psychological education is taken place by network education, in line with the requirements of psychological education and training in colleges. In addition, apply object-oriented design method to the system, using case analysis to the core function, designing and realizing. Testing case at in same time and ensure that the system can meet the needs of college mental workers and students in psychological counseling, so as to make up the psychological burden and inconvenience, enhance the students overall strength and mental health. The system also provides some help for other institutions to develop psychological counseling platform.
