This is one thing after another people deplored the events continue to occur, and worsen.In the face of the psychological problems of college students has become increasingly serious, national and school attaches great importance to students’ mental health education. Today, almost every school is equipped with a counseling room and mental health education center. However, due to the shortage of professional psychologists, counselors and funds, to achieve the students a comprehensive mental health education and psychological counseling, it is very difficult, plus a lot of students do not want to face-to-face counseling and psychological counseling, so a variety of psychological Advisory software came into being. Although the development and use of these software can solve some problems, but in terms of popularity costly. In order to better spread in the majority of college counseling and address psychological problems, this thesis used the students of Bozhou normal college as the research object, developing and designing a college student psychological counseling expert system. This system is more practical than other psychological counseling system, and price is not high and put into use.The system design are based on common psychological problems of current college students, student characteristics and psychological counseling knowledge, in order to better solve the psychological problems of students’, five main functional modules:learning, evaluation, consulting, user management and knowledge library management. Through this system, users can access some of the common psychological knowledge; professional psychological assessment and psychological evaluation of interest; personal psychological problems can be obtained by consulting the same time for grooming advice grooming advice and psychological symptoms of psychological problems, the provision of these recommendations can be text, image, video; the same time, the system also has a function of user management, and knowledge base management.These studies are as follows:(1) Research basic theoretical knowledge of the psychological counseling and expert system.(2) Study the design of a college student psychological counseling expert system, the detailed design of the overall system structure, composition structure and function module.(3) Design system knowledge base and knowledge representation:based on weighted fuzzy theory production knowledge representation.(4) Analytical reasoning machine forward, mixing and backward reasoning strategies and algorithms, improved forward reasoning, it is applied to the college students psychological counseling expert system.(5) Given the processing of the uncertainty knowledge and the relative operator formula involved in the reasoning process.(6) Design the man-machine interface part of the system.(7) Achieve the main functional blocks of the system.
