The Interface Design Of WeChat Mini Program For Psychological Counseling Of College Students

Based on the background that college students'mental health problems frequently occur,and based on user experience and psychological counseling related theories,this article designs a product interface for college students' psychological counseling based on the WeChat applet platform,so as to improve the traditional college psychological service resources and low efficiency.,Provide convenient psychological services for college students and relieve psychological pressure.The paper mainly determines the design ideas based on the user experience elements,and divides the interface of the WeChat applet for the psychological counseling of college students into five levels:strategy layer,scope layer,structure layer,framework layer and presentation layer for design.Aiming at the strategic level,this article uses questionnaire surveys,user interviews and user portraits to collect and analyze user needs.Using market research,competitive product analysis and other methods to analyze,understand the advantages and disadvantages of market psychological counseling products and college psychological counseling products.For the scope level,using methods such as measurement indicators,GSM models,and decomposition of key factors,the self-help functions of psychological courses,meditation and psychological assessment,the help-seeking functions of psychological counseling and community friendship,and the entertainment function of recording mood are determined.Aiming at the structure level,through the information architecture design and flow chart design of the mini program,the functional structure and flow of the mini program are sorted out.For the framework layer,through the prototype design,the mini program information layout and interface interaction methods are completed.For the presentation layer,the interface design methods such as mood board,Gestalt principle,and component standardization are adopted to design and standardize the colors,fonts,icons,layout,components,etc.of the WeChat applet interface for psychological counseling of college students,and complete the product visual interface.Finally,the mobile phone is imported through Figma software,the interactive prototype of the mini program is output,and the usability test and evaluation are carried out,the test results are summarized,and the optimization strategy is proposed to provide users with a more pleasant user experience.Through the design of the WeChat mini program for psychological counseling of college students,it is an attempt to provide a convenient way for colleges and universities to manage and control college students'mental health,to provide effective methods for guiding and solving college students' mental health problems,and to provide colleges and the society with an understanding of the functions and interfaces of psychological counseling related platforms.The design provides reference cases.
