As a mobile power distribution device,Vehicle-Mounted Frequency Convertor Power can output different frequencies of AC to meet the power requirements of electrical equipments.As a power generation and distribution system to field electrical equipment,the power control system of the vehicle Frequency Convertor which was composed of the control circuit of Microprocessor,programming computer and supervisory computer in this paper.The system can control four Frequency Convertors operate separately or parallel operation according to the requirements of loads.In order to ensure the system work normally and power supply safely,the peripheral circuit real-time acquisition of the controlled parameters exactly,such as the voltage,electronic current,remote control the relay act automatically,realize the function of overload protection.The embedded and distributed control system of Vehicle Frequency Convertor were composed of a main control board,a main control panel,two slave control boards and two slave control panels,network each other with serial communication,packed them in three separate boxes respectively.The control board can complete the measurement and control job of switch quantity and the job of measure analog quantity with its attached actuators.There were 56 channels of measure analog quantity,114 channels of measure and control switch quantity;the analog quantity measurement circuits need output corresponding switch quantity to finish overload protection.Both the control panel and control board select the fifth generation product XC-2365 microprocessor as the main control chip;extended other peripheral circuit make up an embedded and distribution control system.The Vehicle Frequency Convertor need main control panel set relative start mode according to the actual demand,operate corresponding start button to complete the job of generation and distribution,the main control panel can set and memorize six kinds mode of power generation and distribution.The system also can finish the job of generation and distribution by the control button which locates on the slave control panel,in order to ensure the system operation safely,use interlock mode between manual control and auto control.There were too many required measurement analog quantities in the control system of Mobile Frequency Convertor;design the extended circuit of multi-channel analog quantity measurement can complete the job accurately and promptly to this problem.Use remote-calibrate method,written analog quantity measure program of the embedded system to accomplish the measurement job of multiple channel analog quantity.The process of calibrate was fast,simple and preciseness,it can be applied to calibrate and check of measure analog quantity in the industry field.Edit the upper monitor software by Visual Basic language,monitoring computer transfer the information to each control box by serial communication to monitor the control system,and realize the analog quantity measurement of remote calibration process of main control board and slave control board.
