Electrostatic Minimum Quantity Lubricant(EMQL)technology is a new type of cooling and lubrication technology combined with micro-lubrication and high-voltage electrostatic spraying technology.The charged droplets have the characteristics of small particle size,small surface tension and good adsorption.Improve the cooling fluid lubrication performance.In this paper,a high-pressure electrostatic micro-lubrication device(EMQL device)has been developed independently.The embedded control system of high-voltage electrostatic micro-lubrication device has been developed and the power supply is designed to make the liquid supply and spray process more continuous,Can effectively improve the consistency of the workpiece surface quality.The main work and achievements of the paper are as follows:1.Hardware development of electrostatic minimum quantity lubricant device control system.The hardware system mainly includes:control module,power module,communication module and protection module.The main control module mainly provides the stable and reliable voltage for the hardware system.The communication module is mainly used for the display of the display and the connection of the external device.The protection module mainly prevents Damage to hardware devices.2.Software development of electrostatic minimum quantity lubricant device control system.Software system to complete the work are:coordination of the hardware module orderly work;the sampling data processing,to be effective and accurate numerical;real-time monitoring system is abnormal,timely response and alarm;and external equipment communication.3.Design a high-voltage electrostatic generator with high-voltage output detection.Using the resistor divider to detect the high voltage output value,the single chip microcomputer realizes the feedback signal of the high voltage static generator to calculate the output voltage and current value and display it through the display.The sampling voltage and set the voltage comparison,and constantly correct the error,to achieve the system closed-loop control.4.The self-developed electrostatic minimum quantity lubricant device was tested and processed,and the processing effect was analyzed.The test results show that the device can accurately output the set voltage and flow value,the detected value is accurate and reliable.The use of electrostatic minimum quantity lubricant device in the 0.3MPa pressure,10ml/h flow,vegetable oil as a cutting fluid conditions,the device is not charged with the United States ITW Group Accu-Lube precision fuel injection system(on behalf of the current micro-lubrication technology level)Processing effect is basically quite Under the same working conditions,the processing effect of the high-voltage electrostatic minimum quantity lubricant device is obviously better than that of the non-charged,and the surface roughness of the workpiece is reduced by 20.4%,Tool flank wear reduced by 48.5%under the optimal charging voltage and the case of no charge.
