With the accelerated promotion of China's market-oriented interest rate and the development of Internet finance,the customer's financial awareness is rising constantly and the bank's competition is becoming more and more intense.How to tap and consolidate the bank's customer base and provide customers with differentiated financial services is the problem that commercial banks must face and solve in market competition.Therefore,commercial banks must face actively,use information technology to make analysis of large data,excavate consumer resources,establish a standard rating indicator system among all banks,evaluate the overall value of customers and subdivide customer level.Meanwhile,commercial banks should provide various application systems with consumer evaluation indicators at all levels and rank data information,so as to achieve differentiation management of consumers and optimal allocation of resources and minimize the operating costs,thereby enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of commercial banks.The current situation of customer information management of a commercial bank is introduced by this dissertation,and then the importance and urgency of conducting comprehensive evaluation and subdivision of customers by banks are clarified.On the basis of the current situation of system construction of other commercial banks and the demand feedback of the grassroots research,the author analyzes and combs the consumer rating management business of the commercial bank,divides the system modules and functions,and conducts detailed design of various specific functional modules.Ultimately,the author uses an open-sourcing J2EE architecture(Spring MVC + Hibernate)to achieve the functions of the system.The system includes functional modules of system management,business processing,my workbench and rating management.Through the unified view of customers in the system,the user can view the customer's credit rating,contribution,comprehensive rating,deposit and loan,financial management and other information directly,which provides a more scientific basis for independent pricing of commercial banks.The system enriches the applications of indicators,meets business needs,and provides a scientific,flexible and rapid process of indicators definition.Rich and efficient indicators are exerted to calculate the engine library to achieve the calculation of indicators.Through flexible query,combination screening and other indicator applications,the results of indicators calculation are showed.The system can make rapid response to the user's data application requirements,ultimately achieve the bank's differentiated management of customers and provide differentiated financial services.
