Economic integration with the global trend of expanding and development of information era,all walks of life will be management to information technology,Internet companies there is no doubt that walk in the forefront of information technology team,some traditional enterprises have also started to set up a set of information system,its traditional mainstream business from offline to online.The financial industry is no exception,and commercial Banks,as the main body of the financial industry,have not fallen behind.Both the business of the bank opening to the outside world and the internal management of customer information tend to be informative,convenient and intelligent.However,while the information age has brought convenience to the public,the issue of credit risk has gradually emerged in various economic fields.Due to the particularity of the bank's financial business,mastering the customer's credit rating has an indispensable effect on the bank's credit risk aversion.At present,China's information technology is constantly developing and the level of information is constantly improving.As an important enterprise in China,commercial Banks should have their own customer rating management system if they want to be not eliminated in the competition of customers in the economic market.The customer's credit rating is an important criterion for judging whether it will default.Therefore,the rating result has a good reference for the credit department's business personnel.At the same time,customers can be classified and managed according to the rating results,and personalized financial services can be provided to customers according to the results of rating classification,which can consolidate existing bank customers and tap potential customers.The bank customer credit rating system designed and developed in this paper is to effectively reduce the work pressure of bank employees,improve the quality of work,and reduce the credit risk of banks.This paper studies the business of commercial banks and draws the conclusion that the credit business faces the highest credit risk in all businesses.By analyzing the characteristics of the bank's customer base,the information of different customers is different,and the evaluation method should be differentiated accordingly.Bank customers can be broadly divided into two categories,one is an individual customer and the other is a non-retail customer represented by an enterprise customer.The system designed in this paper is mainly for individual customers,and has developed an application rating model using the current mainstream rating model development process and method.The system designed in this paper is mainly for individual customers.It uses a large amount of customer information in the model training phase,and extracts the features of this information.Finally,a request scoring model is trained by logistic regression method.The customer credit rating system designed in this paper uses Spring MVC+MyBatis technology to build a web service that can withstand large concurrency.The functions realize the four functions of rating indicator management,credit rating management,organization management and role and user management.The core function is credit rating management function.The core function in credit rating management is card calculation function,and the card calculation function will be the customer.The index value is put into the model for calculation,the calculation result is output as a score,and the score obtained is then matched to the rating table to obtain the customer's rating result.The system is mainly used by the internal staff of the bank.In order to make the system more usable,it is also necessary to standardize the rating model into a whole bank.It also develops auxiliary functions such as organizational management and role authority allocation.The development of this system can effectively improve the work efficiency of the business personnel of the credit department and reduce the credit risks faced by Banks.At the same time,the institutional management function of the system can establish a closer relationship between the head office and branches,which is conducive to the further improvement of the information management level of commercial banks.
