Research On Counterfeit Integrated Circuit Chip Detection Technology Based On Anti-fuse

Counterfeit integrated circuit chip showing a growing trend of flooding,endangering all walks of life.Not only to the integrated circuit industry to bring great economic losses,returned to the stability of demanding industries such as the aerospace industry caused great security risks.The existing Counterfeit integrated circuit chip detection technology is not mature.Some methods are time consuming and laborious and are not suitable for detecting large numbers of chips.Some methods have a single effect,and can not detect other types of Counterfeit integrated circuit chips.The ultimate goal of this paper is to detect more and more types of Counterfeit integrated circuit chips more efficiently and easily.These chips include chips that are not authorized to be produced,chips that are licensed,but of poor quality,chips that are refurbished,and those that have been repackaged and labeled.The technical proposal relates to a detection circuit which is embedded in the chip,a communication machine for controlling the reading and writing of information,a memory chip ID and the like.The chip is connected with the database through the communication machine,and the corresponding information of each genuine chip is stored in the database.The communication machine reads the ID information and the chip life information from the measured chip,and compares with the information in the database to judge the authenticity of the chip.This method can detect unauthorized production of the chip;verify the chip package and marking information can detect the illegal marking of the chip;verify the chip life parameter value can detect the renovation of the old chip.The core detection scheme,embedded circuit consists of three parts,used for storing ID information storage unit,anti fuse DES encryption circuit,recording the life information of ring oscillator circuit.The test scheme can be used to identify the authenticity of the chip by verifying the chip ID,packaging and marking information and life,compared with the same kind of research,it is comprehensive and practical.It is important to study the flood detection scheme to curb counterfeit integrated circuit chip.
