With the application of network sensor and the appearance of MEMS sensorminiaturization device, the power which can be matched with has become thebottleneck in the development of such equipment. Maintenance-free spontaneouselectrical devices have become the main solution to the power supply instead ofconventional batteries for this kind of electronic products. However, the controller is thekey to the power circuit. Therefore, the controller research based on CMOS circuit hasimportant practical significance. This paper designs a boost circuit based onUMC0.18μm CMOS process, the device adopts low threshold voltage model. It consistsof a ring oscillator, duty ratio control circuit and a boost circuit, Considering the inputvoltage is low voltage and support power supply for the controller itself, it must be lowpower consumption, therefore the boost circuit adopt inductance capacitance mixstructure. It often uses Spectre and Virtuoso tools in the Cadence software to designschematic, simulate performance and draw the layout. When the load resistance is100KΩ, input voltage is0.2V, the output stability voltage is1.25V, set up time is108μs, conversion efficiency is45%, the circuit power consumption is20μW, integralcircuit layout is0.006mm2, reaching the design requirements.
