Power is essential in people's daily lives . There is no instrument that can measure accuratelythe specific current speed. Usually, we say the current speed is obtained through theprojection rough value. Although most of the time, people in dealing with the circuit current isnegligible when the conduction velocity, in some accurate testing system should beconsidered in the current transmission speed of the test results. Because of not to determinethe current value of specific speed, we will not be able to develop and use the current rate. Forexample, the detection of length, thickness and distance with current speed is Impossible.Compared with the measuring of the speed of light, the paper describes the developmentthat how to measure transmission line and how to measure the time interval. The paperintroduces the method of the length of the transmission line Measurement based on the Bridge, and put forward in the measurements based on transmission time delaying circuit, ringoscillator and sine wave oscillator circuit. Also we analysis of the physical propertiesmeasurement system, simulate several test scenarios with computer and build a test system. Inaddition, we discuss the measuring accuracy how to measure transmission line and how tomeasure the time interval. After the error anglicizing and processing about the measurementdata witch are produced three experiments, we get the final current speed is 2.70151×108m/s.With the method we not only make up for the effect of current vacancy over years, but alsomake the measurement techniques used in other test areas. Finally, it is sum up that the characteristics of several measurement methods aresummarized and further improvements are made to the reflections.
