Virtual prototype technology employs virtual prototype instead of physical model to achieve the product simulation test and evaluation analysis in the virtual environment,while the necessary support environment is provided by the virtual prototype integrated design platform,including the structural design environment,simulation analysis environment and etc.,as well as offering users management,data management and other functions.This technology can improve the quality of product design,reduce development costs and shorten the development cycle.This paper will combine with the cooperation project of a research institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation to carry out the development of the integrated design platform of radar virtual prototype and the thorough research on the key technology involved,and then achieve the platform construction.The main work is as follows:(1)Research on Model Library Construction Method.Build model library in the NX modeling software to achieve two major functions: parametric modeling and the current existing model resource calls.Through the research of NX secondary development technology,four of the commonly used methods in the model library construction are compared and analyzed;program design methodology is applied at the end by using development tools such as NX/Open BlockUI and NX/Open API to construct the model library to achieve the fast modeling of the integrated platform.(2)Research on Software Integration Method.Base on the required supporting environment of the integration of the design platform,and integrate involved software including Teamcenter,Workbench,HFSS and other software.This paper proposes two kinds of integration methods: the secondary development of each of the software and the integration of the required functions on the platform;applying Win32 API technology,achieve form embedded integration by using each of the software as a sub-form of the platform.Finally,base on the two methods mentioned above,the effective integration can be achieved with multi-disciplinary software on the integrated design platform.(3)Research on Data Management and Post–processing Method.In this paper,data storage and inspection,and post-processing methods of the platform are studied separately.Through the server technology,platform data resources storage and sharing can be achieved,while the association model method based on the database technology is brought out,which binds the model with simulation data,and manage the data effectively.For data access,the mobile side access technology method which based on Unity and Android technology is proposed to promote the convenience of data browsing.Meanwhile,base on C # and Matlab mixed programming technology,the data processing module of the radar electrical performance is constructed to achieve the conversion from complex numerical data into the visual pattern.(4)The overall design and implementation of the integrated platform.First of all,define the requirements of the platform function module,including the portal system module,modeling and simulation module,electromechanical coupling module,data post-processing module,and database module.Secondly,divide the platform architecture level,including the interface layer,business logic layer and data access layer.Then build in each level of every functional module.And finally achieve the integration of radar structural design,multidisciplinary simulation,processes design,and data resource management.
