With the continuous improvement of the status of radar antennas in the military field,new requirements have been put forward for the performance of radar antennas,which is required to explore new antenna structures to meet the complex and ever-changing environmental applications.Currently,the traditional "Data + Application" antenna structure design software can not meet the continuous update of business needs,but the integrated software system supported by the "Platform + Application" architecture has many advantages of module componentization,on-demand configuration,dynamic assembly,and dynamic upgrade,which is well adapt to environmental changes.Therefore,taking the integrated design of antenna products as the goal,the construction method of integrated design platform of antenna structure and thermal control is studied in this paper.The main research content is as follows:(1)Research on NX-based model library construction method.First of all,it summarizes the method of building model library in NX,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each model library construction method.Then,combining with the characteristics of the antenna structure design,the PTS reusable library construction method and the parametric model library construction method are selected to implement the antenna model library construction.(2)Research on intelligent recommendation algorithm based on antenna characteristics.First of all,the problem of program recommendation in the integrated design platform is analyzed to determine the type of the problem.Then,according to the type of problem,the algorithm is studied and the weighted method based on utility function theory is used to make the decision.Finally,combined with the program recommendation problem,the recommendation algorithm design is implemented.(3)Research on platform extensibility design based on plug-in technology.In order to meet the requirements of modular components,on-demand configuration,dynamic assembly and dynamic upgrading of the integrated platform,the platform adopts the development mode of the plug-in framework to realize the expansion and update of the platform functions.(4)The overall design and function of the platform.First,based on the plug-in framework technology and the three-tier architecture theory,the overall architecture design of the integrated design platform is realized.Then,according to the antenna design business process,the integrated design platform main frame design is realized.Finally,through the design of plug-in specifications,the development of functional plug-ins is realized,and the functions of the integrated design platform are extended and perfected.Ultimately,the development of an integrated antenna design and thermal control design platform is achieved.
