With the development and popularization of digital communication technology,High bit rate communication signal has been more widely used in satellite ground stations?radar and wireless communications and other fields.The hardware platform designed for above is mainly embodied in high-precision signal quantitative acquisition?inter-chip parallel multi-channel data transceiver process?high-capacity on-board cache and high-speed transmission mechanism.and it can usually meet the multi-standard demodulation compatibility and scalability.This thesis developed a kind of input IF 720 MHz ? supporting up to 360 Msps symbol rate in multi-standard demodulation analysis in one of the vector signal measurement system.The main contents of the research include:1.Signal conditioning and acquisition circuit design.The thesis completes the circuit design including input conditioning circuit,high-precision quantization sampling and GHz level high steady sampling clock.2.Vector signal demodulation circuit design which mainly includes high-speed ADC sampling multi-channel data stream ISERDES deserial receiver design,Based on OSERDES technology to achieve FPGA device high-speed data transmission design,and demodulation algorithm unit interface control.3.High-capacity symbol data onboard cache and high-speed transmission design.The demodulation data cache logic design based on DDR3 SDRAM is completed.The PCI Express in DMA transfer mode is adopted to fufill the high speed transmission.4.Instrument control and display module design.The thesis based on COM Express bus circuit structure,provides a design for interface display,measurement data storage,machine control in one of module.Through the hardware platform test work,it shows that: the module function is correct,the design can support high bit rate vector signal demodulation and measurement functions,the paper design to achieve the desired goal.
