Design And Implementation Of Policeman Personnel Management System Based On B/S Architecture

Traditional police personnel management mainly rely on manual paper-based personnel information,file management.This way has seriously affected the security,safety,storage,query and statistics of the information,resulting in low staff efficiency.Police officers' promotion,relegation and transferred to other work have more stringent requirements,using the latest computer technology to achieve a police personnel management system,it will simplify work process which will help to improve work efficiency and quality of police personnel management,enhance the level of police personnel information management.This system can make the personnel management work real-time,effectiveness and sharing,and let the service for police officers better.Through some research on the actual work of the personnel department of the police,after a lot of analysis and simulation,based on current Web human resource management techniques and the relevant provisions of the People's Republic of China police management,we proposed police personnel information management,police officers annual appraisal management,benefits administration and police officers wages Annual leave management staff four main functional requirements and system performance and security requirements.The core technology of this system is ASP.NET technology,and clients primarily use HTML + CSS + JavaScript and related techniques.And the system used WEB technology,database technology,UML modeling technology,B / S system architecture and software testing technology to develop a set of practical police personnel management system.After a lot of software testing and the actual trial,the system is easy to use,safe and strong,and can effectively improve the efficiency of police personnel department.Based on specific police personnel management and the relevant provisions of the officers managed,we achieve a intelligent personnel management system which can automatically make a decision and then checked by department heads.We will introduce the system analysis,design and implementation from six aspects.
