Educational Administration System is an important platform for the university to assist the teaching affairs and improve the teaching quality by using the information technology.However,most functions of system are confined to the basic transaction management,and the application of educational management,student services,and resources sharing is still incomplete,and students in the course of operation usually experience poor experience.In this paper,above issue is analyzed from Architecture,Software Engineering and Interaction Design,and found that the root cause lies in the Information Architecture does not balance the relationship between user needs and product objectives.Information Architecture must consider the coordination of context,users,technologies and content,in which technology selection and content organization must be based on user needs and experience.In the development process,there is a general lack of user experience designers to participate in.Looking from the existing literature,most of the research focused on the development of technological innovation.Considerable attention has been paid to the presentation of data rather than the reasonable classification organization of it within current design discipline of the management systems.Theoretical guidance lags behind the building needs Educational Administration System.Education transformation from "pursue achievement and unity" to "pursue quality and personality",these problems need to use new ideas to solve.The concept and method of "storage" which is started in the field of residential design,can be used as a reference for reconstructing the information system of Educational Administration System."acceptability" for the purpose of rebuilding it,pre-consider how to layout to make human-machine interface orderly and deal with user actions in the process of encounter problems,in the mind to imagine the context of business operations and the task model in the future look like,be sure to carefully treat every design detail.Firstly,the study systematically introduces the "storage design",corresponding to the storage design behavior level and Information Architecture,found that the inclusion of comparable man-machine system Information Architecture,requirement from the product goals,according to user context,design and planning items position,improve the efficiency of users accomplish their goals,prevent and reduce the error.Secondly,it detailed analysis,summed the current situation of Educational Management System,restores business process,combining the usability research to expounds the necessity of reconstructing the Information Architecture in the perspective of storage design.Then,the traditional structured development mode and Interactive Design method are improved and innovated,made around user needs and system objectives dual-oriented expansion design,simulate user scenarios and identify needs,through time and frequency division function priority while the requirements defintion phase.The context depicts the system from the user and the system in two series,complete system architecture design.At last,through the cases in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology,it provides classification,testing and compare the new system with the original one to evaluate the design effect.
