With the deepening of the national education system reform,establishing a digital,informationalized management mode in vocational colleges with certain basic qualifications has become an important component of innovation reform in Higher Vocational colleges.Introducing the information technology into the educational administration can not only provides an efficient and intelligent information management platform for educational administration,but also be very good for improving the overall quality of institutions.The current Informational educational administration technology of Shijiazhuang Institute of Technology is relatively backward,while the design of a new one requires to meet both the objective needs and the own characteristics of the colleges.The educational administration system of Shijiazhuang Institute of Technology mentioned here is based on the actual situation of the college and uses the computer network technology.The system takes advantage of the NET multi-tier architecture,which overcomes the defects of high coupling in traditional educational administration system.By using MySQL as a back-end database,the system takes ADO.NET technology to realize the accesses from data layer to database and adopts C# language and ASP.NET technology respectively to design the logic layer and presentation layer.What's more,to achieve the asynchronous access of data via AJAX technology.After the detailed demand analysis of the academic management system,the system in this paper is divided into eight functional modules: System settings,Teacher management,Student information management,Achievement management,Automatic course scheduling,Curriculum management,Online course selection and Online teaching evaluation,then gives the functional description of each module.The author focuses on the automatic course scheduling module and expounds the key technologies to achieving the automatic scheduling.By comparing to the existing scheduling method and combining with the needs of Shijiazhuang Institute of Technology,the author designs the scheduling problem model and the constraint model,then achieves automatic scheduling function by using the scheduling algorithm based on the time slice priority,which takes the course-shift class as the basic unit,and chooses the best time slice in view of the schedule of teachers,course-shift classes,classrooms and other objects.The scheduling algorithm can make a better combination of multi-dimensional resources under relatively more constraints.The security of system data and communication can be ensured by setting upfirewall,user authority,establishing log record,identity authentication,data encryption and other security mechanisms.After testing,the system could meet the needs of the college's educational management,and have been successfully used by the Office of Academic Affairs and then has a good result.
