The Design And Effectuation Of Educational Administration And Management System That Under The Multiple Architecture

College teaching management is a significant and rather complicated work in the management of running a college. Following the reform of the education system, the enrollment scale of many colleges and Universities are increasing very quickly, and the teaching system gradually transmits from the academic year institution to the credit institution. So the educational administrator should make some higher requirements to meet those changes. The traditional B/S, C/S system has been gradually revealed such disadvantages as strong couples and poor expandability. Educational management system is a complex system, which is designed for students, teachers, and administrators and includes many subsystems. Facing such complicated and volatile environment, the focus of current technology should be on the development of a Web system, which is with a clear logic, strong flexibility, scalability, and easy to maintain.With the rapid development of Web application technologies and IT people's deep research on it, Multi-layer development model based on Web has run into a fast development and wide use stage. Especially, multi-layer model in the Java areas have tended to be stable and mature. MVC model is the best prove of multi-layer model and its J2EE application has been mature, and also appear many mature application framework, SSH(Spring, Struts, Hibernate) is one of the most classic combination framework.This paper uses such technology and framework to create a educational management system with clear logic hierarchical structure, strong scalability. Using MVC design model and Struts application framework to design and develop an educational management system. First, Analyse the function of System through the prospective of various users such as students, teachers, and administrator. This is one of the realy important steps according to the software development idea, cause the demand analysis of the whole project is a first and important step. Then base on the demand analysis, design and implements the system into different induction modules so that is is easy to develop and maintain. In the same time, the research of this system let me understand the monitor of teaching quality play an important role in the teaching process. Plus add a teaching quality assessment system to the traditional educational administration system as a supplement to teaching quality monitoring system.
