Design Of Administration Information Management System For High Vocational Education Based On B/S And C/S Hybrid Architecture

In recent years, with a large number of higher vocational colleges enlarging itsscale, improving education and teaching mode ,and increasing of college-enterprisecooperation, more frequently, the workload of school educational administrationmanagement are also increased. In order to raise the level of school teachingmanagement and the working efficiency, make full use of modernization means ofinformation technology, the establishment of innovative teaching management system,has been imperative. This paper proposed a design and analysis of educationalmanagement system, combining our Shandong College of Electronic Technologyeducational management practice, using Unified Modeling Language (UML) andobject-oriented design method, and constructed a C/S and B/S integrated educationalmanagement platform architecture.This paper first explains the background of this research and design of themanagement system, analyses the characteristics of the system. Secondly, the paperdiscuss above analysis and design in detail. Through the analysis, system designobject was proposed and the system function and system database design alsoproposed. The management information system platform covers various managementfunctions of college educational management , from the student registration, coursescheduling, optimization, student selection, arrangement, performance management,teaching and learning evaluation and other aspects, forming a comprehensiveeducational administration management mode. The system completely supportnetwork office mode, can greatly reduce the manual operation of educationalmanagement task.The educational management system in the main function can be realized on theopen information management, resource sharing and information query, but also hashigh maneuverability, can improve the teaching and office efficiency and overallquality, achieved expectant goal basically. The system design and development toadapt to the network trend of development, to promote the academic teachingmanagement informatization, system has important significance.
