The Design And Implementation Of College Educational Administration Management System Based On B/S Framework

With the continuous improvement of information technology,the online office has become an inevitable trend in modern university's management.With the gradual expansion of university,the number of both students and departments were increased year by year.In addition,the organization structure of university has become more and more complicated and varied.All these new situation not only call for a solution which can just handle the routine work of campus,but also requires us to build an efficient,open and secure online Academic Management System which can be accessed by anytime and anywhere.At the start of this paper,we analyzed the building tools and architectures that commonly used in developing educational management system and our attention are focused on 1)The analysis of the feasibility of Educational Administration system that based on B/S architecture and 2)The outstanding advantages of the B/S architecture,3)How to take advantage of the UML to modeling the Educational Administration System.The main work we have done includes:Firstly,we thoroughly analyzed the background,purpose and significance of this project;secondly,after deeply analyzed the overall demand of Educational Administration System,which including basic functional requirements and energy performance demand,we have designed the overall structure of the system and divided its whole function into several independent modules.The whole system contains of modules that achieve specific functions like user login module,course management module,teacher management module and teaching evaluation management module.One important part of our system is the database that build on Sql Server 2008;and then,we analyzed and depicted the implementation of each specification modules in detail,and several user interface along with module's source code are also presented in this paper;finally,we summarized the process of developing the system and made a conclusion about our work.The system has been applied to a university and now is stably running with no big problems.Our system not only provide with high-quality service,but also improve the work efficiency of modern university's management.
