Valve guide is an important part in the valve.In the whole valve,valve guide not only have a guiding role,but also under take the impact of alternating load and exhaust 25% of calories coming from the exhaust valve.With the development of powder metallurgy technology,iron-based powder metallurgy technology is widely applied to the valve guide manufacturing.New technology makes the whole manufacturing process convenient to realize automation and batch production.It also makes the process high material utilization;high production efficiency.It can effectively reduce the production cost and production process of the consumption of energy and resources.The automation level of the whole manufacturing process at this stage around the domestic manufacturing enterprises in the valve guide is low.Material handling of the whole production line and machine tool control is done manually.There is not enough material transfer and automatic device.With the manufacture the noise and exhaust is output at the same time.Therefore,developmental automation,flexible production line about valve guide oil immersion to reduce the labor intensity and improve enterprise competitiveness is of great significance in reality.Based on detailed analysis of the work of existing production line process requirements,careful analysis of original equipment,procedure,workers' operating habits,the scheme of mechanical structure plan and the process of automatic control of the production line are determined.The production line is composed of tube feeding machine,oiled turnover machine,packing machine,electronic scale etc..According to the control system scheme,the design and selection of the hardware scheme are carried out.Especially,for the core components such as PLC,touch screen,servo motor and pneumatic compone nts a number of considerations,careful analysis and calculation has been done before the appropriate model are confirmed.The electrical control circuit concluded the main circuit and relay control circuit,PLC control circuit,AC servo system circuit,pneumatic circuit are designed.Then the control cabinet is made.Based on hardware design,software structure of control system is determined.Study and implement the communication between a single touch screens with three PLCs.Based on the modular programming ideas,the PLC program is designed and prepared.Design the touch screen program in conjunction with the PLC program.After the overall design and assembly of the equipment,the principle verification and field testing are carried out,and a series of problems in assembly and design are corrected.Aiming at the problem of the tube end,the upgrade and improvement of the program are carried out.According to the different needs of the site to adjust the various parts of the work sequence,to meet the production rhythm.After the late maintenance,solve the problem of production,and set up the standard of the later maintenance.At present,the tube feeding machine running well,get high praise from the company.Now the company is ready to promote this machine.The subsequent order is determined.
