Research On Automatic Sorting System Of Flexible Production Line Based On PLC Control

Flexible automation production technology referred to as flexible manufacturing technology,it technology to design as the guide,with numerical control technology as the core,is automatic enterprise multi species,multi batch processing,manufacturing,assembly,testing,sorting and other advanced production technology.Flexible automation production efficiency,flexibility and reduce production preparation time characteristics make it be the implementation of the basis of agile manufacturing,concurrent engineering,lean manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing advanced manufacturing system.Flexible automation production technology is the main means to adapt to the market dynamic demand and the rapid update of products,and it is the basic technology of the advanced manufacturing technology.The sun automation equipment Co,Ltd.Huzhou design and production automation production line as the basis,to flexible automation production line technology as the carrier,design based on PLC control,automatic production of different colours and textures(metal and nonmetal)objects of the flexible control of automatic sorting system.Research object including control the scene detection unit and a selecting unit,capable of transporting and processing objects,and sorting out of different material quality and the color of the object and classification,can achieve each unit independent and on-line operation.System uses the programmable controller(PLC)technology,the sensing technology(including inductance sensor,capacitance sensor,color sensors,etc.)and output executive agencies(including cylinder,solenoid valve,indicator light,etc.),transportation system(DC gear motor),network connections,control system and human-machine interface technology,and finally to achieve automatic sorting system of the whole process control and process monitoring:(1)the overall design methods and ideas of the automatic sorting system are studied.(2)using PLC as the core control device of automatic sorting system.Control system is the key part of the flexible automation production line,in order to achieve the control requirements,this design takes the PLC as the control core,and the automatic sorting control process is realized by the program written by PLC.(3)the data storage and archiving of data in WinCC configuration software,WEB browser function,alarm record and often,real-time observation of dynamic working picture,PLC and PC communication and other functions.(4)in order to realize the on-line function,the system adopts PROFIBUS-DP network communication,the host computer S7-300 as the main station,two S7-200 as the slave station,realize the real-time communication on the host computer and the slave computer.
