The ultimate goal of enterprise training is to produce a greater benefit,therefore,it is necessary for training process management.This requires a detailed survey of training demands,making feasible training plan according to the result and creating a high standard of training team,writingpellucid course content.After a series of work,we need to evaluate and record the effect of the training results.From the generation of the demands to the execution of the plan,and then to the final results evaluation,this series of process management becomes the key to the success of enterprise training management.This requires that we know the detail of training management and its existing problems,and then combine all the details,normalize the operations,form a standard and orderly system,then the training management system arises at the historic moment.On the basis of modern information technology,using advanced performance management idea to design the performance management system,toimplement that enterprise can manage employee performance,so as to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the use of training management system,people can make the enterprise strengthen the cognization of the effect of trainingon enterprise,and it is able to contribute to the formation of training management system of the enterprise.With the development of computertechnology,enterprise informatization gradually formed,and the use of the training management system is one of thesymbols of it.Performance appraisal management system can not only improve the production efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises,but also can help employees clearly recognize their achievements and shortcomings,through positive and benign interaction.Staff will improve their performance and benefit for both the enterprise and themselves.In this paper,we have been clear about the research results and current situation of the training management system and appraisal management system both domestic andoverseas,summarized the advantages and disadvantages.Aiming at the existing problems in the system,we analyze the training management system,then design and implement a training and appraisal management system.This system adopts B/S structure,and uses.NET technology as the front desk,uses SQL Server 2005 as database of background to implement the system.First we collect users' demands.According to the demand analysis,we develop a corresponding function module,according to the summary of the function module to complete the schematicdesign and detailed design of the system.The final results of the subject is a working system,we can present the experimental results and verify the feasibility and the reliability of the system.
